Deadline - The Deadline for pre-registration is January 24, 2012!

Multiple Registrations - Up to five people may be registered using on the form. Enter the name, address and badge information for the main registrant. Enter up to four additional badge names and groups. Remember to identify ALL registrants by association (A.A., Al-Anon, Alateen). Check vegetarian for meals and golf participant if applicable for each registrant.

Refunds - Please note that there are No Refunds Available.

Tickets & Seating for Events

Tickets - Pick up your tickets in the Pre-Registration area. All tickets will be held in the name of the Main Registrant.
Seating for Events - Reserved seating is provided at the Al-Anon Luncheon and A.A. Banquet on Saturday, and the Spiritual Breakfast on Sunday. This seating is handled on a first come - first serve basis.
Group Seating - Up to 12 people seated per table. To sit with a group, (1) have one person purchase tickets for the group, or (2) send in completed registration forms together marked "group seating please."
Group Purchases - For group purchases of more than two tables, the Convention cannot guarantee adjacent table seating.

Hotel Reservations

Flat Room Rate - $124 per night for single or double occupancy. Third & fourth room guests are no extra charge.

Reservation code is SFVAA for rooms.

Deposit - Use major credit card or send one-night deposit (room and tax) to: The Warner Center Marriott Woodland Hills, 21850 Oxnard St, Woodland Hills, CA 91367. Deposit refundable if reservation cancelled 48 hours in advance.

Golf Tournament

Details - $80 per golfer. Event takes place Friday, January 27, at 8am. Location is DeBell Golf Course, 1500 Walnut Avenue, Burbank. List your foursome on the registration form. Signup deadline is January 13, 2012. Rainouts will be rescheduled.

Awards and Trophies - Awards and trophies for the golf tournament winners will be presented at the event venues.
